Learning how a kiln works

In Pottery sessions, you will learn a range of hands-on pottery techniques. Working with clay helps you feel calm and focused while building new skills.

Once you’ve made your pottery, you can decorate it using paints, glazes, and other materials. We then fire your piece in our own kiln (a special oven that hardens the clay).

Some of the finished work is sold in The Gift Shack, at our Christmas craft fair, and at local community events. You can even shop for pottery pieces online!
