In Media, you will learn useful computer and life skills with help from your instructor. You will use desktop computers and tablets to help with reading, writing, numbers, and problem-solving.

You can play fun educational games that build your confidence and help with everyday challenges.

You can also use our online learning platform, FTConnect.

If you’re more confident with technology, you can:

  • Write and edit articles
  • Use word processing and publishing software
  • Help with our newsletters
  • Check and write emails
  • Practise simple graphic design

You can learn at your own pace, and there’s something for everyone – whether you’re just starting out or already feel confident using computers.
