What can I do at The Fifth Trust?

At The Fifth Trust, you can do lots of activities that help you:

  • make friends
  • communicate
  • be more independent
  • work in a team
  • have fun
  • and learn important skills.

The Fifth Trust:

  • tailors each programme to the individual student
  • keeps you safe and supported.

Whether it's learning new skills or making everyday decisions, we support each student in making their own choices – large or small. If you join us, you can come between one and five days. We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. We are only closed on bank holidays and the Christmas period.

Fifth Trust Buddy scheme

At The Fifth Trust, we run a Buddy Scheme to support new starters. New students can be paired with a current student, under the guidance of our experienced instructors. A Buddy is a friendly companion, helping newcomers settle into their sessions and making the transition to The Fifth Trust smoother and more welcoming.
