Last week, a group of eager students from The Fifth Trust gathered their rods and ventured down to Cottington Lakes for a day of fishing fun.
The event, organised by the Masonic Fishing Charity, was held on Friday 14 June,
The weather was lush, and each student had the chance to cast their lines into the lakes, all hoping for a catch. Fortunately, every student succeeded, with Claire landing the biggest one. To celebrate their success, each student was presented with a certificate after enjoying some delicious food from the barbecue.
Office administrator Alison Turner expressed her gratitude: “The day was an absolute joy. We are incredibly thankful to the Masonic Angling Charity for organising such a fantastic event.”
