We run appeals for specific needs and also rely on unrestricted donations to help support the work we do every day.
By far the most ambitious appeal in our history was the £2m redevelopment of our Barham Skills Centre in 2021/22. Thanks to grant-making trusts, corporate supporters and generous individuals, we now have an award-winning, sustainably designed centre that has allowed us to increase student numbers and introduce new sessions. The last element of the project was a multi-sensory garden which was installed in summer 2024.
Help us create an Outdoor Active Hub – a fully accessible space where our students can connect with nature, build confidence, and learn new skills like bushcraft, fire-making and woodland management. We’re aiming to raise £52,000 to fund a high-quality Tipi and accessible pathway, so everyone can enjoy the benefits of outdoor learning all year round.
Each year we take part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge. This runs for a week from midday on Giving Tuesday every December. During this time, all donations made to our campaign are match-funded and doubled. One donation, twice the impact.
